The technology by using 15~20um interstice for filtration is called micro drum rotary filter , this kind of mechanical filtration is suitable to separate the tiny suspended matters in the liquid, thus to achieve the aim of solid-liquid separation. Under the low water conservancy resistance and high velocity, the suspended matters can be intercepted with the centrifugal force of rotating screen.
This equipment is developed to solve the problems of easy blocking/damage and large maintenance workload, it is one of the best practical technology for fiber recycling and waste water treatment.
Micro drum rotary filter machine is widely used in solid-liquid separation, such as the filtration for the wastewater in municipal, paper making, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical, food industry.
Micro drum rotary filter machine is the device of mechanical filter. It has the main components which include the device of drive, overflow water distributor, device of rinse water. The filter structure and the working principle screen is the stainless screen. The working principle is the water flow into the overflow water distributor through the inlet pipe. After the brief steady flow, the water overflow evenly through the outlet, then the water distributed on the opposite spin filter screen. The water can form the relative shear effect with the inner wall of the filter. The solids will be separated and the efficiency is very high. The solids will be discharged on the other side of the micro filter. The filtered water can be flowed away through the sink on the sides of the machine. The micro filter has the wash pipe (water pressure: 3kg/cm2), it can spray with the fan-shaped form to flush the filter screen. It can make sure the filter screen has the ability of filter.
