Working Principle：

       WFS series incinerator adopts the most advanced incineration method at the moment, that is, primary electrolytic gasification+ surround wind mixed incineration+ quadratic incineration+ burnout process. As the combustor designation adopting the gasification incineration technology which makes the temperature in incinerator from 200℃ to 800℃ in the first consumption chamber, the temperature in the second consumption chamber can reach 1200 ℃.

       As using tangential admission, combustion air tangential admission and other combustion-supporting method, when the exhaust gas goes into the burnout room, it can fully burned again and at the same time be dusted with cyclostrophic flow. The incineration gas stay in the furnace for over 2 seconds，making combustible gas in the smoke fully burned with combustible in fly ash. On the top of incinerator, we have dry-type tail gas clean-up device which absorbs hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxide from the incineration. The stench is resolved at a high temperature. In the tail gas cleaning system, we have the neutralization reaction between calcium hydroxide filter brick and acid gas，achieving the goal of absorbing acid gas and cleaning tail gas, and making poisonous exhaust composition lower than the national regulated value of “hazardous wastes incineration pollution control standard（GB18484-2001）”.

   The incinerator employs a automatic program control which can save labor. The designation of furnace door and soot door both use a leakproof structure，which wholly isolates furnace from the outside while incinerating. It can also form suction firing, making it impossible to have secondary pollution. Especially on the handling of infective dangerous waste, the incinerator has a particular advantage.
