1. Overview
Vacuum rubber belt filter is an advanced device which is developed basing on the moving belt filter and aiming at the suspended matter filtering for liquid-solid separation and high effect dehydration. It is widely used in the field of mine, metallurgy, pharmacy, petroleum, coal, paper-making, electricity and environmental protection, etc. It features:
(1) High efficiency: it adopts the horizontal filtering surface, and upper feeding. Under the effect of gravity, the large particles will sink to the bottom and form a filtering layer which can avoid the blocking of filter cloth and reducing the filtering resistance.
(2) Reasonable structure: the components all use the anti-corrosion material, the main drive is the rubber drive, the anti-corrosion material ensures the long working life of the vacuum tank.
(3) The thickness of the cake can be adjusted, it has a low moisture content and easy unloading.
(4) Filter cloth can be cleaned from both sides: water spraying devices are equipped on the both sides of filter cloth, thus eliminate the blocking of filter cloth and lengthen its working life.
(5) Flexible operation and low maintenance cost: it can be adjusted for the thickness of the cake, washing water amount, vacuum degree and the recycling time so as to achieve the best filtering effect. The filter cloth can work under the rigorous condition for a long working life, so it can reduce the maintenance cost and manufacture cost.
2. Structure Characteristics
The device consists of left hand machine and right hand machine( standing on the cake discharge end and facing to the device, the left drive part is the left hand machine, conversely, it is right hand machine). The device is mainly composed of rack, feeding device, main driving roller, passive roller, washing device, tightening device, adjusting device, automatic discharging tank, rubber belt, filter cloth, etc. On the rack, it is equipped with net belt position-limited roller and adjusting device which used for adjusting the net belt. On the filter cloth, there is adjusting device and tighten device. The advanced structure uses the strong rubber belt and filter cloth as filter belt and convey belt, in operation, the material distribute on the belt and form cake under the action of vacuum, it finishes a cycle with filtering, washing, dewatering, cake discharging and belt washing in proper sequence.
Structure characteristics: the vacuum box and filter belt form a running sealing, the filter belt moves on the vacuum box. Compared with the moving filter one, it avoids the shortage of energy consumption and achieves the continuous filtering, and improves the filtering effect.
