High Quality Water immersion food autoclave is usually composed of upper tank(hot water) and two lower tanks(sterilization tank). The top one is used to store preheated process water and recycle the hot process water before cooling process. The bottom two tank are the autoclave for sterilization.
After the food bags were loaded into the food trays and enter the autoclave machine, the preheated process water is delivered into the autoclave through water spreader on the top of autoclave, the water level was controlled and monitored by water level gauge outside the autoclave.
The steam enter the retort through the water spreader or additional steam spreader and heat the process water continually until the temperature rise to scheduled sterilization temperature.
The circulation pump recycle the hot water with a high speed and assure the uniform heat distribution inside the retort.
After the sterilization is completed, the hot water will be recycled to the top tank and stored for next batch sterilization. Then the cooling water will be filled into the retort directly to make the food container cool down.
• High temperature short time sterilization. Prior to sterilier retort water heated to the required temperature, thereby shortening the time of sterilizing, improve work efficiency.
•Save energy, increase production. In the sterilization process used in the working medium can be recycled, saving energy, time and manpower, material consumption, reduced production cost. Two sets of retorts work at the same time with one water tank, can improve one time productivity than the double-layers retort.
• For flexible packing products, especially the big packing, heat penetration speed, good sterilization effect.
•Heat distribution uniform, easy control the product quality.
