With the development of society and the improvement of people's quality of life, the national standard for sewage discharge is also getting higher and higher. The same community sewage treatment equipment is widely used in life and production. With it, the sewage generated in our lives can be well treated, thereby protecting the environment. During the use process, frequent inspections are required to find faults and solve problems in time.
The following takes us to see its daily inspection steps.
1. Check the tightening condition of the nuts on the bolts and the connecting bolts of the machine base and the fan base.
2. Check the lubrication of the bearing and the tightening of the bearing bolts.
3. Check whether the axial sealing packing (packing) is pressed tightly and check whether the pipeline leading to the water seal ring in the shaft seal is well connected.
4. Prepare tools and materials for maintenance. When the amount of water is insufficient or the capacity of the parts receiving water is limited, the adjustment plan shall be negotiated with the relevant departments to reach an agreement so as to facilitate the normal and continuous trial operation.
When the mine pump is commissioned for the first time, special attention should be paid to preventing the floating objects in the water tank from being sucked into the pump and damaging the impeller.
5. Check the auxiliary pressure gauges, safety protection devices and electronic control devices should be sensitive, accurate and reliable.
6. Inject clean water into the sewage treatment equipment in the community to check whether there is leakage in each pipeline. If there is no leakage, cover the surrounding of the box with soil until the equipment inspection hole and level the ground.
And connect the control line of the electric control box to the water pump, and the electric control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and the motor, which must be the same as the direction of the fan.
